Aaron Wesselink has been in development, real estate sales, and construction since he was 23 years old living in San Diego, California. In San Diego Aaron had re-developed various beach properties while also working as a real estate agent with Remax. In 2006 Aaron had moved to Los Cabos to take his real estate experience and assist his father in the development on the beach in Los Cabos known as El Encanto de La Laguna. Aaron has been managing the successful sales and construction of the community since 2006. Aaron has overseen approximately $120,000,000. Million worth of property sales and construction during that time as well as the establishment of home-owners associations, maintenance teams, sales and marketing teams, rental teams, and various other support teams for the community. Now that the community is almost all sold out, Aaron looks to take his passion of the design and build process to clients outside of the El Encanto de La Laguna. When Aaron is not working, you might find him spending time with his family or friends often on the beaches of the East Cape enjoying many types of water sports.
