Architect

Virginia is originally from Mexico City, however, she has been in Los Cabos for more than 13 years. Virginia got a degree in Architectural Engineering at the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico City. Virginia had an interest in different cultures and when the opportunity presented itself for her to study in Germany, Virginia decided to take an opportunity of a lifetime and completed her Masters of Engineering in Construction Administration and Control at La Fachhochschule Karlsruhe in Germany. Virginia worked as a design architect in a design workshop in Wuppertal, Germany. She leaned more towards engineering and worked in structural design and construction of massive projects in Mannheim, Germany. After returning to her home country of Mexico, Virginia worked in Mexico City where she specialized in managing budgets, general site supervision, and cost controls. Virginia was recruited to work on the well known and very successful residential development project of Alegranza in San Jose del Cabo. After the Alegranza projecte was finished, Virginia started working for the Encanto Design and Construction Service (EDCS) team at El Encanto de la Laguna.
