Who we are

Encanto Design and Construction Services (EDCS) was created out of the need for the Development team of El Encanto de La Laguna (www.elencantoloscabos.net) to find the best design and construction solution in town. After working with various architects that focused on beauty without a care for efficiency or maintenance cost down the road and dealing with construction teams that were less than honest, Aaron Wesselink (managing partner of El Encanto de La Laguna) wanted to create an in-house team for the development that truly excelled at all aspects of the design and construction process. For Aaron and the development team, that meant creating stunning designs that were fluid and attractive floorplans with great curb appeal while at the same time considering the functionality and longevity of the types of systems and materials used.
